Bespoke endurance coaching in triathlon, swimming, cycling, running and ultra events. I provide structured, science-led training built around threshold testing, data analysis and progressive development. Support is available for all levels — from Couch to 5K and post-pregnancy fitness to elite competition. Every plan is tailored to balance life, health and performance, empowering athletes to achieve goals and enjoy the journey.
I have over 20 years of experience in endurance sport, combining personal achievements with extensive coaching across triathlon, athletics and multisport. As Head Coach of RAF Athletics Distance and a leading coach within RAF Triathlon, I’ve developed and delivered programmes supporting athletes from grassroots through to elite international competition. I’ve coached juniors, first-timers, executives balancing careers, and high-performance athletes pushing limits.
As an athlete, I’ve competed at elite level in endurance running, representing my country, and across the full spectrum of endurance sport — from 5K races and open-water swims to ultra-running and world-class Ironman events. My own triathlon journey began with an 11-hour Ironman, and through years of learning, refining and applying science-led training principles, I achieved an 8:35 finish. I know first-hand both the physical and mental demands of endurance performance.
Coaching with me is bespoke and athlete-centred. I use threshold testing, progressive overload and detailed analysis to target key body systems — aerobic, muscular, neuromuscular, structural and respiratory — ensuring positive adaptation and sustainable progression. Above all, I believe sport should remain fun. My goal is to empower athletes to achieve their ambitions, build lasting resilience and enjoy the lifelong benefits of fitness and endurance sport.
