Coach Bio

No two athletes are identical, and their training shouldn't be either. A training plan needs to fit your life and your goals.

I have been involved full time in professional cycling as an athlete, a coach and a sports director since 2001. I started my career as a cyclist with the Great Britain National Team, and during my racing career I competed in 7 World Championships, 2 Commonwealth Games and the Athens Olympic Games. In 2010 I retired from Racing and stepped into the role of sports director.

In 2006 I earned my British Cycling level 2 coaching license and I am currently a USA Cycling licensed coach.

Certified Personal Trainer

I have worked with a variety of athletes as a coach, from beginners all the way through to professional riders. Being able to draw from both my coaching training and my extensive experience as a rider and a director, will help me to help you to become a better cyclist.
