Rachel Cieslewicz is an elite runner and cyclist based in Utah. She is past winner of multiple XTERRA Trail Run events, and placed fifth overall, and first in her age group at the 2010 XTERRA Trail Run World Championship at Kualoa Ranch, Hawaii. She also ranked top 5 in the La Sportiva National Mountain Running Series 3 years in a row. She has elite experience and many other wins and podium finishes in road and trail racing, road cycling, gravel racing, and mountain biking. Running stage races are her greatest specialty, and she has won, or placed on the podium at multiple stage races around the world.
She strives to educate herself continuously on true and natural ways of living a vibrant healthy life, as a conscious path, aspiring towards her own human and athletic potential, while assisting all she works with to do the same. Her mission is to creatively apply and share knowledge to all seeking their own truth about who they truly are, and the heights they are capable of attaining as a unique individual.
A long time ago she promised herself she would touch as many people as possible to reach into their own dreams, and learn to live their utmost human potential. The full spectrum of her vast life experiences are expressed with her athletes, as well as in a forth coming book, as her dedication to the infinite beauty and possibility that is ultimately human potential via athletics and mindfulness.
