R4-3 Triathlon Coaching aims to support every athlete to achieve their best potential through the triathlon maze!
As a Certified Ironman Coach I have a wide experience to offer every athlete, having competed at 70.3 & Long Distance for 15+ years, worked with a wide variety of coaches, dealt with major injury & illness and run a triathlon retailer (think product testing, sponsoring pros).

I coach a wide range of athletes, from those who have achieved age-group podium placements since working with me, as well as those who are simply aiming to complete the course within the time limit, particularly athletes recovering from or dealing with injury and illness.
I work with each athlete to identify your optimal training approach for sustainable training and goal-beating performance.
Even the best triathlete will experience illness, injury, stress or off-days. By monitoring both athlete feedback and data, I tailor plans to optimise training, increase adaptation, minimise injury risks & overtraining and achieve your ultimate triathlon performance.

R4-3 coaching incorporates 80:20 training, strength & conditioning and injury management, time-management, nutrition advice (in both life, training and competition), race planning, race-day strategy, kit advice and more. I am experienced in using platforms and tech such as Training Peaks, Zwift, Stryd, Incus and Form as well as traditional perceived effort measures, so can work with different athletes to optimise training to your personal style.
