As a Doctor of Physical Therapy with a bachelor's degree in exercise physiology, I pride myself on having the science knowledge to develop training plans that balance injury prevention with maximum performance. As a business-owning wife, mom, & multisport athlete, I also fully understand the demands of balancing training & racing with life challenges and believe that rigid structure can increase training stress unproductively. Are you tired of being plagued by nagging aches, pains or injuries that keep you from your peak performance in training or racing? Frustrated by a lack of progress in gaining speed, despite consistent effort in training? Do you feel like you're missing a piece of the puzzle? Coaching with a healthcare professional may be the answer you're looking for in your quest for performance.

I'm a Doctor of Physical Therapy with >26 years of experience treating primarily sports and orthopedic problems. I also have a BS in Exercise Physiology and perform lactate threshold testing for running and cycling analysis so that your training zones are set accurately to maximize your training time.

My philosophy as a coach, PT & bike fitter is to identify the source of the problem and fix it, rather than "treating" symptoms that may not get the long-term results you want. I want to see athletes get to races well prepared & injury free to achieve your goals. In treating numerous endurance athletes, I was frequently modifying training plans based on injury. I decided to pursue coaching further so that I could help athletes not get sidetracked by injury in training. I've worked with beginners (triathletes, runners & cyclists) to advanced IRONMAN World Champion level athletes.

I started endurance sports to improve my health and fitness and started racing in 2015. I have raced sprint tris, olympic & half duathlon and ran 1-mile to 50K races.
