My coaching combines training analysis, performance testing, race preparation, and ongoing support for riders from beginner to professional level.
I am a cycling coach and founder of Queenstage Coaching, working with cyclists and triathletes across different levels, from developing riders to competitive and professional athletes.
With over 20 years of experience in cycling as an elite athlete and coach, I have worked with athletes across different disciplines and from different parts of the world. This includes riders targeting national championships, international results, podium finishes, personal bests, and individual performance goals.
Training plans are designed around each athlete’s goals, available time, racing calendar, strengths, limitations, and physiological profile. The aim is not simply to complete workouts, but to build a clear progression that supports long-term performance.
Depending on the athlete’s needs, coaching may include endurance development, VO2max work, sprint preparation, race-specific training, pacing strategy, strength training integration, and nutrition guidance in collaboration with a certified nutritionist.
I also use metabolic testing and performance profiling to better understand what each athlete needs in order to improve.
