The focus of QKO Racing is 1-on-1 training. QKO Racing accepts local athletes as well as remote athletes. Athletes of all levels are encouraged. Plans are paid for on a month to month basis, leading athletes to their desired event.
I completed my first triathlon in 2006. After years of racing as a hobby, I decided to register for my first 70.3. In June of 2013 I completed the Hawaii 70.3 and never looked back!
I have raced 70.3 distance and long distance races around the world, to include US races, Strongman Japan, Thailand 70.3, and Korea 70.3.
I have qualified for both the 70.3 World Championships and the Ironman World Championships in Kona, Hawaii.
I enjoy working with a variety of athletes. Different ability levels and varying goals keep the work exciting for me as well.
I am a certified USAT Level I Coach, a Certified Personal Trainer, and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
