Triathlon coach since 2008, I am coaching ITU and Long Distance elite triathletes. I have a rich experience as an athlete (2 top 50 at Kona) and a strong academic training (M.Sc in exercise physiology).

I am actually the head coach of club de triathlon Rouge et Or at Laval University, Québec city.
