PXP Endurance, LLC is led by Paul Plummer, an athletic trainer with 26 years of experience that includes 18 years at the Division 1 level as Head Athletic Trainer. Paul has a broad knowledge base and practical experience and sport performance techniques for athletes of all levels. We work hard to ensure top performances when athletes are in competition season. Our philosophy is that we help you reach your goals and achieve your success.
As the owner of PXP Endurance, I am passionate about triathlons and running. I have experienced firsthand the intense training needed to successfully compete in endurance events and I also know how training habits and poor techniques that can lead to injuries, poor performance, and frustration. I am an Athletic Trainer with twenty-six years of experience, a leader, a teacher and a coach who is a Hall of Fame member in the Indiana Athletic Trainers’ Association and a Golden Pinnacle Award Recipient (equivalent to Hall of Fame) from the Great Lakes Athletic Trainers’ Association.

As a medical service provider, triathlete, and coach, I know the common injuries associated with endurance sports and how to treat them. I can tailor your training to help prevent injuries, address any weaknesses you have, and rehabilitate injuries if they occur, ultimately allowing you to continue training and racing.
