Giles has a history of physical fitness dating back to track and field and cross country running representation at high school.
Qualifying as a helicopter pilot in 2003, physical fitness has been an important facet of life and this has only increased over the past decade with a broader research and understanding of endurance training processes alongside strength and hypertrophy systems of (natural) training.
In 2021, the realities of mental health came to the fore, and Giles has spent time understanding the importance of mental motivations, development of programming adherence, and positive reinforcement techniques to help himself and clients achieve their goals and improve not only physical health and capabilities, but their mental wellbeing as well.
