Aaron has been coaching Athletes to be the best they can be for 13 years. Aaron started his cycling career whilst rowing over 20 years ago. He was a multiple NSW and Australian champion rower, and also represented internationally in such events as The Henley Royal Regatta, The Youth Olympics and The NSW state team multiple times. After sustaining a back injury he turned his legs to cycling were he has been racing both Mountain and Road ever since. A part from being a Nationally accredited Cycling coach, Aaron is a Nationally accredited Strength and Conditioning Coach and a qualified Personal trainer. He has ridden extensively in Europe, and he leads the majority of the Pro Cycling Coaching Rides. So whether its training to be a stronger social cyclist, or racing A grade- Aaron has the Knowledge and credentials to get you there!
Veronica has a very lengthy and incredible cycling resume! She was a Soigneur for Pro Cycling Team – Cola Vita Bolla USA in the Tour Of Georgia. In 2006 she Represented Australia in the World Championship for Duathlon. With over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry of which she has been a nationally qualified cycle skills instructor for 7 years. Veronica is held in high regard in the spinning world, she was the owner of iCycle indoor cycling studio as well as having international experience in Belgium and Holland. She recently finished third in the ‘Chocolate foot single track mind’ mountain bike series.
