I specialise in coaching masters men and women and understand that they are different creatures to full time pro athletes.Training is built around your history, ability and time constraints. I am very mindful of masters athletes getting adequate recovery and hence monitor constantly to ensure you are responding to the training stimulus without over reaching. I will get you winning whilst maintaining a healthy family/ bike/ work/ life balance.
I have been road racing over the past 22 years and coaching for the past 14. I focus on building a good relationship with you so that we can work together and learn what works best for YOUR body. I work hard to customise your training to suit your goals, your lifestyle, your time constraints and your body. No two people respond to training the same so I am passionate about programs being flexible and open to being overhauled at any given point if the athlete is not responding to the training prescribed. You don't need to be a full blown athlete- I also turn weekend warriors into local legends amongst the people they want to beat the most- their mates!
