I am a cyclist myself and have been in the industry for about 10 years now. I have my own cycling gym with 10 power based Cyclops bikes where I train athletes. I also offer internet training. My programs are specifically designed for individuals who want to improve their speed and form on the bike and I also promote strength and weight training. I believe base is very important and I take pride in see the result my athletes achieve.
I am a South African level 1 coach but have been coaching athletes for about 6 years now. I have raced MTB myself and know what it takes to get to the top which I try and teach and instill into my athletes along the way.
I practice what I preach so I do know it works. I have trained young and old and am happy to help anyone who is willing to listen and put in the effort.
I also do a lot of strength work with my clients as I feel this helps builds a strong base.

For online training I require my athletes to preferably have a Power Meter or Power measurement of sorts and a Heart rate monitor. For other athletes who come into the gym nothing is required
