Athlete Requirements
For online training I require my athletes to preferably have a Power Meter or Power measurement of sorts and a Heart rate monitor. For other athletes who come into the gym nothing is required

We started out as a cycling gym, but have built up our gym to include weight training and conditioning as well. We have power based bikes, rowing machines, treadmill and a full weight section. We offer classes, internet training and personal training. Our programs are specifically designed for individuals who want to improve their speed and form in their sport of choice. I am a South African level 2 coach but have been coaching athletes for about 15 years now. I have raced MTB myself on a national level and achieved my SA colours and know what it takes to get to the top which I try and teach and instill in my athletes along the way. I came from a gym, rugby and motor bike background but due to knee injuries from rugby it was suggested I take up cycling. I was a big guy and people said you will never get to the top, and that drove me to prove them wrong! Whether you just beginning, have a base already or just want to improve, that's what drives myself and my wife to prove that anyone can do it and we will show you how and guide you in the right direction!

We practice what we preach and we know what works. We are happy to help anyone who is willing to listen and put in the effort. We do put a lot of passion into our clients!
As in my summary we started out as a cycling gym, but as we get older, we feel the need to instill in our clients the importance of weight training. Weight training is the base to any sport you do. Weight training is the foundation to strong cores, balance, control and so many other aspects that help us in every day life. We evolved our cycling gym to include a full weight training gym as well - we offer classes, personal training and we also offer just gym facilities to use in your own time as well.
We are a team and we train our clients personally - knowing your clients is just as important as training them!
