I'am an Expert Coach and Sport Scientist with more than 10 years in Pro Cycling as a WorldTour rider, and around 5 as a Coach. I've studied at University everything I did on a daily basis, that is, how to train my body to go faster on a bike. So I studied Sports Science for 3 years and then continued for another 2 years obtaining a Master's Degree in Sports Science and Technique, discovering what was behind all the training I do and why.At the base of everything is my great passion for cycling, both done personally and in giving advice to those who want to improve or even just have fun on a bike.
