Being part of Shanghai Triathlon Club, I have had the unique chance to meet and work with high profile individuals, former world champs and stars of the sports and steadily expand my knowledge and access an extremely interesting and welcoming network, which also includes companies, brands and institutions in the field of endurance sports.

Being coached myself by the legendary Jurgen Zack, I have been extremely lucky to have such a caliber of athlete, coach and personality as my biggest influence and his coaching group as my third home in Phuket, Thailand.

With all gathered exercise science from books, research and studies, I have come to realize how important exercise is and how it is a great overall approach to get started and to find a reference starting point to both train and coach. Having had the honor to meet some of the sports greatest, to listen to former world champions stories over a drink, to talk with my own coach Jurgen Zack about other athletes I became to understand theoretical facts' limit and where individuality and uniqueness of both physical and mental phenomena do not fit the stencil.
