Peter is a Registered Kinesiologist and Certified Cycling Coach who has been instructing MTB skills since 2000. His coaching clients are mostly busy, adult athletes with big goals.
His philosophy revolves around optimizing health as a base for performance and values preparation, skill and tactics as much as fitness.
Peter has raced MTB, road, cyclocross, downhill. He holds the Canadian Leadville 100 record, has completed Ironman Canada and several long distances running races as well.
