Peter is one of the Very First adopter of the TrainingPeaks Platform ( and WKO+ (Cyclingpeaks). He has been certified by the ACSM in 1993, is a Licensed USA Cycling Coach with Distinction and Director and Co-Founder of Medical Fitness at Restore Medical Fitness Center. Along with full time coaching for over a decade he is a Medical Fitness Consultant helping medical partners deliver a dose-response model to large wellness populations. “Coaching is an ongoing relationship and dialogue between athlete and coach. This relationship must progress in a cycle of baseline measurements, goal setting, instruction, monitoring and feedback. Individualization cannot be accomplished without this process. I feel one of my most undervalued but most important skills is helping athlete’s balance smart, effective training with their other responsibilities and still reach their goals."
