Though originally from an rugby and rowing background (in high school), I got into strength training during this time in high school and collage. 

I’m dedicated to help people; evolve, self initiate and self maintain”. Making a habit of continually Assessing, Addressing, and Applying in every phase of their training is the key to consistent results without getting stuck. my Motto is "Eat, hydrate, sleep and recover just as hard as you train.

My philosophy starts with, a passion for Combining two programs that push the athlete to 90% and expecting to not regress may seem to be an obvious no-no, yet it is done all the time, because most athletes still assume there is some dividing line between “strength” training and “endurance” training. The fact is, there is not and very little literature, in fact much of the evidence I think points to work is work, the principles of physical fatigue, trauma, energy substrate exhaustion, mental fatigue, and adaptive response are absolute, regardless of the exercise modality, and recognizing this was the first step in creating successful programming. Being able to break these stimuli and adaptations down into discrete components, and train each component in a well- designed microcycle is where the “magic” comes in. Isolate what is truly important in each type of training, focus on those areas, and do them well. Cut out the junk miles, cut out the gym pissing contests, be draconian in how you approach routines
