Hi. I'm a BT Level 3 High Performing Coach with Ironman University & Training Peaks accreditations. I have a Sport Science & Coaching Degree & understand why & how to do things properly. I've raced at every level & appreciate how to complete and compete in a triathlon. I coach a wide range of athletes from novices through to top end age groupers & offer Wattbike testing & analysis, bicycle servicing, bike fitting & anything else triathlon related. In 2010, after not doing anything sporty since high school, I entered a duathlon. After finishing in a very sorry state, I quickly caught “the bug” and entered more duathlons and triathlons. To date I’ve raced at every triathlon distance and am a multiple Ironman finisher. I’ve won my age group several times and represented Great Britain at European and World Championship level. In 2017, I out-biked 5 of the 10 female pro athletes at Ironman Mallorca 70.3. My Olympic Triathlon distance times are often sub 2 hours 10 minutes and I'm a sub 5 hour Half Ironman finisher. In 2013, I gave up work and went back to University full time to study a Sport Science & Coaching Degree. From 2015 until 2018, I was head coach at Rossendale Triathlon Club, sat on Triathlon England’s North West Head Coach Regional Committee and in the past have coached open water swimming for both The Endurance Store and St Helens Tri Club and on occasion, coached with Triathlon England’s North West Regional Academy. When I'm not coaching or training, I'm a professional bicycle mechanic. I also am a British Triathlon Level 3 High Performing Coach and am also an Ironman Certified Coach, a fully qualified Level 2 fitness instructor, qualified run leader and an advanced Wattbike tester.
