I'm an applied exercise physiologist and performance coach, supporting a full range of endurance athletes from sub-elite to world class performers. In addition, I am pursuing a PhD at the University of Brighton. My project aims to investigate and optimise acute and chronic heat alleviating strategies in clinical populations and thereby improve health and well-being during extreme environmental conditions. I also provide consultancy work for the Para-Monte charity (altitude illness awareness).
