Hi, I’m Amie, a Run & Triathlon Coach passionate about helping endurance athletes reach their full potential. I take a holistic, evidence-based approach, built around six pillars: Science, Enjoyment, Mindset, Nutrition, Strength & Mobility, and overall Wellness. I believe athletes perform best when training, recovery, nutrition, and mindset work together, and when the journey itself is as rewarding as the results.

With a BSc in Sport & Exercise Science, a specialisation in Sports Nutrition, and coaching certifications including Running Coach (England Athletics) and TrainingPeaks Level 1, I create individualised training plans that align with each athlete’s goals, physiology, and lifestyle. My approach prioritises sustainable progress, resilience, confidence, and enjoyment, helping athletes perform at their best while staying healthy, motivated, and injury free.

While my own experience as a competitive runner and duathlete informs my understanding of the physical and mental challenges athletes face, my focus is always on the athletes I coach. Through tailored programming, ongoing communication, and consistent support, I guide them to achieve personal goals, overcome barriers, and build long-term fitness that enhances both performance and wellbeing.
