BIO: The past 20 years of my life have revolved around all aspects of cycling and multisport. Owning a shop, racing, coaching, bike fitting, building some great clubs, and marketing! For the past 5 years I have been the Marketing Manager for a chain of 13 Trek Bicycle Concept Stores in South Florida. I have been an elite amateur athlete all my life and have had some great coaches, mentors, training partners and teammates. I'm still active racing. In 2021 I won two age group USAT Duathlon National Championships (non-draft sprint, and draft legal sprint). In 2019 I won the USAT Duathlon National Sprint Championships and was awarded the Grand Master Duathlete of the Year. Other top age group race results include 2X Bronze Medal in ITU Duathlon World Championships, another Duathlon National Championship, 5th Place USA Track and Field Masters XC National Championships, 8th place USAT Sprint Tri Age Group Championships and 3X USA Cycling Masters Connecticut State Champ. I currently coach a group of Triathletes, Duathletes and Runners in SW Florida. My goal is to share what I was taught and learned from many years of racing. I find coaching very rewarding and I've had tremendous success with athletes of all ages and abilities.
