Helping motivate athletes to achieve is what drives me. Through regular analysis and feedback I get the best out of athletes, whilst helping make it work for them. Having achieved my own goals of medalling at an ETU championship and competing in Kona I understand the demands of the sport and having 3 kids the constraints of modern life. I cover all distance and ability and offer a range of services from personal coaching, swim analysis, bike fits to plans part of my team, Zoot Athlos.


I have been working in the Leisure industry for 19 Years, running my own personal training and coaching business for 10 years and specifically coaching triathletes for 5 years.

    I'm an analytical person who looks to improve every area of an athletes ability to help deliver a rounded performance. I utilise metrics such power, pace and HR to make sure workouts are smart and help to make sure training is consistent whilst reducing the chance of injury and burn out. One thing that I strive to do is make sure athletes have an understanding of 'why' and that they always take something from each session which makes for a more engaging process.
