Paul began his triathlon career in 2003 and has competed in several triathlons per year ever since. In 2025, Paul placed 4th in his age group at IRONMAN 70.3 Eagleman in a lifetime best of 4:47:00, earning a slot to the IRONMAN 70.3 World Championships in Marbella, Spain. 2025 also saw five of Paul's runners qualify for the Boston Marathon as well as numerous PR's for his triathletes.
USAT Level 2, USAC Level 3, IRONMAN U, and Training Peaks Certified Coach with over 20 years of experience in triathlon and over 20 years of coaching experience. I work with runners and triathletes of all ability levels and at all distances. Capuzzo Multisport Coaching is an official club with USAT and IRONMAN.
