I remember when I was struggling to balance my own training with my professional career and family life. I was set back with recurring injuries and regular bouts of cold and flu. My performance plateaued, I was making no progress and began to feel a sense of guilt around time invested without the results I was looking for.

I have been involved in endurance sports my entire life and, through real life experience, have a thorough understanding of life’s demands on age group triathletes.
