I work with athletes around their busy lives, designing training plans which maximize the ROI (Return On Investment) of their training time. After an initial consultation, we will perform a number of assessments in person or via video, and often both. Based on those assessments and the athlete's target event(s), we can work together to develop a training plan around their time availability which will develop their fitness with the goal of improving performance at their events.
I have worked with athletes from collegiate level up through pro ranks. Ages from late teens through retirees. Athletes who have have competed at NCAA level and some who have never been on a bike, or have never swum more than 25 yards.
I hold coaching certifications from USA Triathlon Level II, Ironman, US Masters Swimming, USA Cycling, Slowtwitch swim and cycling power, and VDotO2 (Daniels running formula). Since 1994, I've been competing in triathlons of all distances from sprint through Ironman, with 7 Ironman finishes. Multiple podium finishes and a few AG wins.
