Heidi is a performance cycling coach with established experience in working with a broad range of athletes. Heidi will build a holistic training programme to enable you to develop as a smarter cyclist, reach your goals and fulfil your individual potential.

Heidi is a Level 3 British Cycling Performance Coach (the highest cycling coaching qualification available), continually developing coaching practice to ensure that athletes are receiving a high quality service.

Coaching riders for road racing, time trialling, crit racing, cyclo-cross and hill climbing, Heidi works at regional, national and international level using her experience and qualifications which are backed by British Cycling.

Offering a holistic approach to coaching by considering all performance factors like bike-fit, off-bike training, breathwork and mindset, Heidi encourages a reflective coaching practice underpinned by data.

Having worked for British Cycling and led the UK Invictus Games cycling team, Heidi has extensive experience of cycling in the UK and overseas. Coaching athletes on the performance pathway, para-cycling, juniors, adults and ultra-racers.

Especially passionate about women's cycling, Heidi has worked extensively to support high-performing female athletes and share up-to-date health information health in this growing area of research.
