A Level 3 British Cycling Performance Coach (the highest cycle coaching qualification available) continually developing my own coaching practice to ensure you are receiving a high quality service.
Coaching riders for road racing, time trialling, crit racing and hill climbing in regional and national competitions as well as long-distance and multi-day races. My experience and qualifications also extend to Cyclocross, Mountain Biking and BMX.
Offering a holistic approach to coaching by considering all performance factors, bike fit, S&C and mindset I encourage a reflective coaching practice underpinned by data.
Having worked for British Cycling and led the UK Invictus Games cycling team I have experience in the para-cycling pathway. I advocate to address inequalities in cycling and would welcome athletes from all backgrounds.
