Head Coach Simon is a retired Professional Athlete from Ironman & 70.3. Since 2015 he has had a few top 10 finishes Ironman UK, 70.3 Dublin. He has taken part in Triathlons 35yrs, competing at all levels, from club to Pro level. Winning Titles such as African Duathlon Elite Silver Medal, African Junior Champion, GB National Duathlon AG Champion 2000, 3 x ITU World Champs athlete, National Junior Series Winner & London Tri Champ 1998. Africa Cycling Champs 2010 & many more.

His Coaching Career started back in 1999 on BTEC Sports Science & then for the past 15 years Coaching and UKCC Coach Education, gaining Quals in BTF Coaching Lv3 High Performance Coaching, ASA Lv2, Open Water Swim Coach & several other coaching qualifications. I have a vast knowledge of swim technique, run dynamics and cycling focus as well as SMART Goal Targeting periodisation & progression. I enjoy the relationship of coach:athlete communication & the support structure that is built to get the athlete to the start line & through the finish line.
