Jonathan holds a Ph.D in Exercise Physiology and has four years' experience working with professional cyclists of Team Dimension Data. We have helped athletes of all abilities reach their goals through the utilisation of the latest scientific knowledge and practical training methods.

PHILOSOPHY: Training should be simple, until simple is performed perfectly. Get the basics right first: Training, Nutrition, Recovery, before searching for the marginal gains.
EDUCATION: First class degree in Sport and Exercise Science // Ph.D in Exercise Physiology.
ATHLETIC EXPERIENCE: Ex-Elite level MTB racer, with road race and time-trial race experience. Life-long athlete, training with power 5-6 days a week. Occasional runner, and functional strength training convert.
COACHING EXPERIENCE: Four years' working with Team Dimension Data. Coached athletes across the World Tour of professional cycling, World Championships, and Olympics.

COACHING QUALIFICATIONS: British Cycling Level 2 certificate in cycle coaching // Training Peaks Level 1 certified coach (TPU complete for Level 2) // First Aid in the workplace // NSPCC Child protection in sport // UK Anti-Doping coach clean and Accredited Advisor certifications.
