As a former physical oceanographer and scientist, I believe in a combination of data analysis and communication with the athlete to maximise the benefits of training and ensure every athlete reach its individual potential.
My focus relies on triathlon and cycling working with athletes on a 100% individualised 1-2-1 basis. These being either online or face to face.
I also offer technique analysis, sport and fitness consultations and bike fit and aerodynamics optimisation services.
