Hi, I'm Ophir Ravina, I'm a cycling, strength and running coach.
I graduated a B.Ed and M.Sc degrees and I work and research in an academic biomechanics lab in order to help athletes improve performance and avoid injuries.
Whether you are a kid who wants to grow up to be a pro athlete or an elite rider that wants to compete at international events, I will help you perform well throughout the season and especially at your peak event.

Hi, My name is Ophir Ravina,
I graduated a B.Ed. and M.Sc. degrees and throughout the years learned in a lot of courses and was certified as a cycling, running and strength coach, Medical masseur, NLP master practitioner and ODT instructor by well known institutes.

I work as the Head Coach of Sigma cycling team, as the coach of VELOCITY's competitive mountain bike team and at the biomechanics lab at the Academic College at Wingate.
I have been racing competitively for over a decade, mostly mountain biking and road cycling but I also like participating in running and ironman events. I worked with and experienced and numerous coaches to develop my own skills as an athlete.
Using modern technological tools to analyze your training metrics, event analysis in addition to regular feedback and conversations I will make sure you have a well balanced & correct training plan. I will help you develop as a rider and achieve your season goals. My individualized training routines, ability to understand a riders needs and motivation are my greatest strengths as a coach. My greatest pleasure as a coach is to have the opportunity to help riders develop, learn and achieve their goals.
