I’m a Performance strength and conditioning coach working with triathletes, SUP racers, endurance athletes, and competitive riders
My work focuses on building physical reliability — strength, capacity, and control that hold up under load, fatigue, and pressure — so skills, pacing, and decision-making remain available when it matters. Together with access to efficient positions, clean force transfer, robustness under repetition, and progression that the nervous system can adapt to.
My coaching philosophy is simple: training should support performance under real conditions.
My work is grounded in strength and conditioning principles, motor control, and applied physiology, with particular attention to fatigue, load tolerance, and transfer to sport-specific biomechanics and demands.
Programmes are designed to respect how the body and nervous system adapt over time, prioritising sustainability, consistency, and long-term progression and longevity.
I hold professional qualifications in Strength & Conditioning, Performance Coaching, and I am a qualified Nutritionist. I am also a BHS Senior Coach and UKCC Level 3 Showjumping Coach. I bring extensive applied experience coaching athletes across endurance sports and equestrian disciplines, from grassroots through to high-performance environments.
My approach is calm, analytical, and athlete-centred to fit the realities of competitive sport.
