I build BMX training plans that include track workouts, sprints, and sport-specific power training. My programs maximize power to weight ratio, improve the stamina required for BMX racing, and develop proper mechanics. I can provide anything from a pre-designed monthly training plan to a fully customized annual plan. I also offer video analysis to ensure correct technique and sizing of equipment. The science has been around for years in Road and Mountain Biking, I am bringing the science to BMX!
I have been involved in coaching/training/competing for over 20 years. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Leadership. I am certified as an Advanced Personal Trainer. I am also a licensed Paramedic. I am a Military Veteran who served as a Field Medical Technician on active duty from 2002-2007. While in the military, I served as our Command Fitness Leader. I am currently a Fire Captain and have served as a Peer Fitness Trainer within my agency. I am married and have two children who compete in BMX.
