Endurance coach specialising in running, cycling & triathlon with over 21 years of experience in the sport.
I’ve competed internationally & raced World Championships in Hawaii twice, giving me a strong foundation in both racing & coaching.
I work with athletes of all levels, with a focus on those balancing training alongside busy careers & family life. My goal is to provide structured, effective programs that fit into real life helping you train consistently, improve, and achieve goals.

I’m an experienced endurance coach specialising in running, cycling, and triathlon training, with over 21 years in the sport as both an athlete and coach.

Having competed internationally and qualified for the World Championships in Hawaii twice, I bring a deep understanding of what it takes to train, perform, and balance the demands of endurance sport at every level.

My coaching approach is built on experience, structure, and real-life practicality. I work with athletes ranging from beginners to those pursuing personal bests, creating programs that are purposeful, progressive, and designed to deliver results without unnecessary complexity.

I’m especially passionate about working with individuals who are balancing busy lifestyles, families, and demanding careers. I understand that training needs to fit into your life not take it over. My plans are designed to help you train consistently, maximise your time, and show up feeling prepared and confident.

Every program I create includes clear guidance, structured progression, and coaching insight so you always know what to do, how to do it, and why it matters.
