I'm a professional ski mountaineer and trail runner who competes at the highest level internationally. I represent Norway in World Championships, European Championships, Grande Course and the ISMF World Cup. My summer months are dedicated to trail running, where I hold the course record for Tromsø Skyrace Tromsdalstinden. Have experience from everything between road races to the most technical trail races in the world

Alongside competitions I have completed a Bachelor in Sports Science with specialization in health and exercise physiology from Inland Norway University of Applied Sciences.

I also hold a Master's degree specializing in sports physiology and biomechanics from the Norwegian School of Sport Science. I have taken Practical Pedagogical education for formal teaching competence.

Alongside competitions I have worked as a Project Manager for the ISMF World Cup Finals in 2022/2023. I currently have a part time job with the Norwegian Ski Federation and am responsible for development and recruitment of Ski Mountaineering in Norway.
