The aim is to give each athlete the support they need to reach their goals, taking real life into account. With experience from junior athletes through to Elite, from short distance through to Ironman.
We run group training sessions in Auckland, as well as individualised training plans to those who want a coach. Training camps are also run - particularly for juniors, beginners and Ironman athletes.


20 years of coaching experience, primarily in triathlon, cycling and running. Level 2 certified TriNZ. I have been a coach in the New Zealand high performance system also, currently lead for Regional youth academy.
Have raced Elite short course, and Ironman as a professional (2x top 3 finishes). Now occassionally race as an agegroup athlete - still love training!

Athlete Requirements

Positive athletes who want to do their best - given their own personal circumstances. While not essential, a good sense of humour is a bonus.
