I am a firm believer in coaching the whole person, understanding that support is needed to not only complete training and events, but also to arrange every day life so that it all fits together.
I offer 121 and remote coaching, event specific or ongoing. Small groups that want to train together can also be catered for.
I have accommodation for 4 that enables me to create bespoke training camps on the Ironman Wales bike route and a 4 minute walk from a safe swimming beach.


I started in triathlon after years of other sports. Climbing, mountaineering, scrambling, running, cycling.....I have always been active and involved in sport.
I followed the traditional pathway of starting in sprint events and working my way up over a few years to long distance, at Challenge Roth.
As an athlete that was being coached I formed my own idea of what good coaching is, and how I now work as a coach myself.

The person as a whole, their life, their family, their physical ability, their mental strength, their attitude towards nutrition, all these are elements go into the great coaching melting pot. My role is to support, encourage, push, hold back, listen and work in partnership with people.

I work a lot with athletes who are slightly broken for many different reasons. Injury, medical conditions, over training, ongoing health issues. I ensure I work with their surrounding support systems of physios, sports therapist etc to ensure people can reach their own unique potential.
