This is the highest level of TrainingPeaks accreditation. Level 2 coaches have completed TrainingPeaks University and have demonstrated their ability to utilize metrics in TrainingPeaks. They can provide you with the expert instruction and feedback you need to achieve your goals.

Ochil Coaching offers a bespoke service, providing one to one coaching programmes designed for the individual based on their specific goal in long distance triathlon. We have been coaching high performance individuals for over 25 years with many years of experience in Triathlon.

We give the athlete the framework, the knowledge and tools, so that they can train consistently, recover quicker and perform for longer. The athlete is at “the centre of everything we do” with our custom coaching programmes specifically designed for individuals looking to improve their triathlon performance.

INDIVIDUAL: We offer individual training plans built around your unique circumstances giving you the maximum return on each workout and helping you to train more consistently.

OPTIMISED: Workouts will be structured for long distance triathlon using proven sports science approaches and have the right balance and volume of training to ensure that you avoid burnout.

PERFORMANCE: Using proven data-driven approaches, advanced analytics and structured training we can accelerate physical adaptation and help you to improve your performance faster.
