Cortney specializes in working with high-achieving business executives who train and race long-course triathlon despite their time-crunched lives. Her 20-year career in high tech product leadership enables her to uniquely connect with her clients' challenge of managing a demanding job while pursuing training and racing goals. She take a top-level view to creating personalized training plans, which considers sleep, stress, mood, and nutrition, as well as training data.

  • Started racing triathlons in 2009
  • 3x Ironman finisher. PR time = 12:24:02 at Ironman Florida in 2013
  • 6x Half Ironman finisher. PR time = 5:20:17 at Patriot Half Iron
  • 7x Half Marathon finisher. 6x Marathon finisher (PR time = 3:49:42)
  • Avid adventurer with a pursuit of ultra-distance cycling and trail running, including the Wonderland Trail (93 miles in 3 days, 22k feet of elevation gain), Joshua Tree Traverse (32 miles), RAMROD (Ride around Mt. Rainier in One Day, 150 miles, 10k feet of elevation gain), and cycling several iconic mountain passes in the French Alps and Pyrenees.
