My name is Dylan, I’m 26, and I live in the UK

I am an experienced Running Coach with proven success helping runners complete their first Couch to 5K all the way up to Marathons and Ultras

I started running in November 2017 with little to no experience of running but by joining running clubs and partaking in coaching courses, my love of the sport grew exponentially

You’ll get a bespoke training plan to fit around your current fitness levels and lifestyle. Can’t make a run? We’ll adjust your plan to suit!
