Coach Nora has been a runner for over 18 years and is a UESCA certified running coach. For many years I made every mistake possible before I decided to learn as much as I could about the science of running. Now I use that knowledge to prevent others from making the same bad decisions and to rebound from injuries faster and stronger.
I take my love and experience for both science and running together to focus on working with clients to create sustainable and successful strategies to maximize their potential and long term capabilities. My goal is to put together a plan that reflects your goals and needs.
