I came from swimming background and stumbled into triathlon when I was in teenage and fell in love with triathlon ever since. I coached a lot of non swimmers to complete a full and half ironman in a short period of time. I believe there are no limits to where you can go or what you can do. If the dream matters to you, it matters to me. I am the founder of No Limits Coaching HK Limited, besides triathlon group training, we offer 1-1 swim clinic, cycling, running and online program.
