I coach ambitious triathletes, trail runners, road runners, cyclists, and endurance athletes in their 30s–70s who want to become stronger, fitter, and faster at every age and stage. I’m a professional triathlete with 10+ years competing at the elite level, with multiple podiums and top-10 finishes in Ironman, 70.3, and XTERRA, including 3rd at Challenge 70.3 Korea and 4th at Ironman 70.3 Shanghai in 2026 at age 43.

My philosophy: you can improve at any age by combining the latest sports nutrition, training, strength, recovery, and female physiology research with a bulletproof mindset. I adapt training to your history, physiology, goals, recovery capacity, and stage of life.

1:1 coaching includes a personalized TrainingPeaks plan, bi-weekly coaching and mindset calls, strength programming, nutritional guidance, goal setting, and accountability. Athletes also have access to weekly group coaching covering nutrition, strength, hormones, recovery, race performance, mindset, belief systems, and capacity. Athletes also benefit from training camps in Mallorca and Girona.

As a certified Life Coach, I help athletes bring the confidence, focus and capacity developed through training into business, career, financial, and other life goals.

I hold a Master’s Degree from SNHU, UESCA Triathlon Coach Certification, and Dr. Stacy Sims Women Are Not Small Men and Menopause 2.0 certifications. I’ve trained with Dave Scott, Michael Lovato, Siri Lindley, Julie Dibens, and Simon Lessing.
