UESCA-certified triathlon coach and competitive age-group athlete: Ironman 70.3 World Championship and World Triathlon Grand Final qualifier. I coach athletes of all levels who want to improve with a method: fully data-driven plans (power, HR, pace), race-tested nutrition protocols, and personalized pacing strategy. Strong expertice in strength training, which is crucial on endurance sports. I practice what I coach - still racing and living the process, just like you.
I'm a triathlete and UESCA-certified coach based in Mexico City. As an age-group athlete I've competed at the Ironman 70.3 World Championship (Nice) and the World Triathlon Grand Final (Pontevedra), with multiple age-group podiums across sprint and olympic distances. I still train and race at a high amateur level - I know firsthand the challenge of balancing serious training with work and life, because it's my reality too.
My approach is analytical and personalized. I come from a finance background, where I learned that good decisions are built on data: every plan I build starts from your real numbers (power, heart rate, paces, training history), never from generic templates. I cover the full picture: periodized training blocks, taper, segment-by-segment race strategy, nutrition and hydration protocols tested in training, and transition work.
Specialties: middle-distance triathlon (70.3) and olympic distance, half-marathon and marathon runners, age-group athletes which want to be competitive, and first-timers who want to start with the right foundations.
My philosophy: the best plan is the one that fits your life, gets executed consistently, and adapts based on evidence. We train together, we analyze together, and you arrive at your start line with a plan we've already validated along the way.
