Starting out as a Royal Marine Commando, I believe that physical and mental strength and attitude are key to the quality of our daily lives, and through sport we can achieve the very best of who and what we are.
I have and still compete in multiple arenas including triathlon, duathlon, XC, endurance events and obstacle course racing, looking to test my myself and the training programs I provide. I could not honestly offer something I do not believe in, fully.
I am ready to adapt, to improvise and fully understand that day-to-day life will challenge us, and it is my job to help you manage that better. Constantly studying and developing new techniques and methodologies, in both physical and mental training, I am always looking to find and to write new interesting and exciting plans and programs, that will keep you on target.
Okhane (meaning to "get out there") is my personal project designed to inspire, motive and join people together, through the positivity and strength that comes from better health and wellbeing, and the participation in sport.
