I am a UESCA certified ultrarunning coach and have a vast level of knowledge in sports physiology. I have always been fascinated with the human body and how to maximize performance and longevity which has led me to consuming large amounts of research and books on sports performance, nutrition, and coaching. My training as an advanced EMT and self study have provided me with the tools needed to successfully coach endurance athletes.

My philosophy as a coach is simple. When you combine dedication, determination and will with properly programmed training and recovery for long periods of time, you will far surpass your perceived limits.
