With over 6 years of experience, I specialise in guiding athletes to achieve their best in Ironman and World Championship events. My qualifications include EHFA Level IV, Ironman Certification, and a background in Psychology and Counselling. I combine my expertise with a personal journey of racing 10 marathons globally, ensuring a holistic approach to every client’s training and performance goals.
