All my trainings programs are completely individual depending on your goals and possibilities. Based on an annual training plan, i create four-weekly training plans. My aim is to go for a long term partnership. Training is either watt, heartrate of pace based.
Sander started running a couple of years ago. Mainly triggered by a friend who was a charity runner for the Dutch KiKa foundation (prevention of children cancer). Wanting to know more about the why, how and what during training, he decided to follow the trainers course at the Dutch athletics organisation. More and more Sander evolved into an online coach, helping (semi) marathon runners across Europe to pursue their goals. Currently coaching over 30 runners in the Netherlands, Belgium and France and mainly focussing on training on heart rate he wanted to learn more and is currently really crazy about power based running. Sander himself is also a marathon runner for the KIKa foundation and is trying to complete the big six.
