As a certified triathlon coach based in Canada, I love sharing my knowledge and experience with athletes of all levels. I'm currently offering 1-on-1 consultations, training plan design, monitoring, and feedback for runners, cyclists, swimmers and triathletes.
Through my formal training as an NCCP Certified Triathlon Competition Coach, I have been blessed with the opportunity to share my passion for health and fitness. I've worked extensively with youth athletes as part of Ottawa's Bytown Storm Triathlon Club, and I'm excited to continue sharing my knowledge and experience. As an athlete, my background is in cross country running, track and field, road cycling, and triathlon, and I'm excited to help you achieve your goals.
Training for sport is exciting! Becoming an athlete is a journey filled with fun and reward, but there is a considerable amount of hard-work and planning needed to be successful. My goal is to help you have the best athletic experience possible - it could be your first 5k race or your tenth Ironman - you're an athlete and I want you to succeed. My coaching philosophy is based on individualized training systems that incorporate navigation, guidance and control.
First we identify where your fitness levels are and what you would like to achieve. Next, we develop a training plan that will help you attain those goals. Both successful outcomes and obstacles will likely pop up along the way, at which point we take control - working together, you and I will adapt your training to optimize your results.
