I have a science and data-based approach to coaching which I use in synergy with communication and feedback I receive through our dialogue.
My name’s Nathaniel, and I’ve been riding bikes since 2012. I’ve raced and trained in Asia and the UK, competing in time trials, road races, criteriums and cyclocross races. Along the way, I’ve been giving friends and family advice and coaching on how to succeed on the bike, and how to reach their goals.
With a BSc (Hons) degree in coaching, a Level 3 Personal Training qualification and a wealth of knowledge in cycling training, I'm able to provide effective, data-based coaching that will fit around your busy schedule and help you to reach your goals.
